Wasatch sold a portfolio of over 1300 units of multifamily affordable housing to Reliant Group. A prior purchaser of the portfolio had been under contract for six months but was unable to bring the transaction to completion. The purchase of the portfolio was complicated and the approval process from our lenders and limited partners was arduous, but the Reliant team perservered, working with us for over two years to complete the acquisition.
